Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the sale of facials, massages and gift cards offered byKarlien Van Der Flaes.

Services and prices

The services, their duration and their price are shown on each treatment page. For a treatment at home, a travel fee of €25 is added to the price of the treatment.Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes.

Booking

Booking is made online, directly with Karlien: you choose your treatment and an available slot, then you receive an automatic confirmation email. Online booking is not possible less than 24 hours before the appointment. When a slot is no longer offered, it is full.

Payment

Payment in cash, or by instant transfer (Wero) or PayPal, on site, once the treatment is finished.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please let me know at least 24 working hours before the appointment to cancel or reschedule it.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for one year from their date of purchase. They are sent by email after payment, as a voucher to print with a personal code.

To use the gift card, the person who receives it contacts me to book an appointment, as for any treatment, then gives me the code on the day of the treatment. The card can be used in one or several visits, until its amount is used up. If the treatment costs more than the remaining balance, the difference is paid on site.

Apart from the right of withdrawal below, the gift card is neither refundable nor exchangeable for money. It can be given to another person, and the chosen treatment can be replaced by another treatment of the same value.

In case of loss or theft, write to me with the name of the buyer and the date of purchase: I will find your code in my register and send you a new voucher. The old code is then deactivated.

Right of withdrawal

For a gift card bought online, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel it, provided it has not been used. Write to me at contact@karlienfacialiste.com: I will refund you using the payment method you used.
