Conditions
The gift card is valid for one year from its date of purchase. It can be used in one or several visits, and the treatment can be replaced by another of the same value.

How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for one year from its date of purchase.
How do I use the gift card?
After payment, you receive by email a voucher to print, with a personal code. The person who receives it contacts me to book an appointment and gives me the code on the day of the treatment. The card can be used in one or several visits, and if the treatment costs more than the remaining balance, the difference is paid on site.
Can the card be refunded or exchanged?
The card cannot be exchanged for money and is not refundable, except within 14 days of purchase if it has not been used (right of withdrawal). The chosen treatment can, however, be replaced by another of the same value, and the card can be given to someone else.
On the day of your treatment, I recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment, so you have time to settle in and fully enjoy your moment.
